What's the difference between Hollister's "awesome" and "perfect" butt fits in their jeggings? mainly what the title says, but i was just wondering because i found a pair that had the awesome butt fit, but also one with the perfect butt fit. just wondering if theres a difference. thanks :) |

| OK for the butt, all you need is squats, don't do lunges because they kinda flatten your butt. Squats would be your main focus, try to do 80 squats and take a 10 second break on each 20 count. I recommend you do them "EVERY OTHER DAY " to let your muscles heal because if you do it daily you will actually wear out the muscles and fatigue your body. Muscle grow while resting, never forget that. Also you have to have a good diet with protein it could be chicken or fish. steamed or grilled is good, its to feed your muscles. Warning: you will feel soreness in the first week and so, but its totally normal if you are a beginner( milk is good to help muscles). Just make sure you warm up and stretch before working out and always cool down. You will get the butt you want in a 2 week period if you do it the right way. Good luck and it is possible ^_^ |

If the person wants so to have a cute butt to show off and not have one bulging with fat, here are a few exercises that people will find useful.
1. A Dead lift
The individual will stand with feet apart with toes pointing out and hands clasped together in front of the pelvis. The person will then bend the knees forward from the hips.
Some people make the mistake of bending the spine so it is best to do this exercise in front of the mirror to make sure it is straight. The butt should be sticking out and then the legs come back to an extended position.
2. Kneeling kickbacks
The individual will kneel with one leg on the ground while the other is extended into the air. This should be lowered and repeated with the same thing being done to the opposite leg.
3. A Pelvic lift
This begins with the person lying down on the floor. While the knees are bent, the buttocks must be lifted from the ground and held for a few seconds in the air and then repeated. This can be done quickly or slowly with a number of reps per set.
Aside from doing exercises, following a strict diet has also been known to lose fat in the butt. The best is one that is high fresh raw fruits and raw green vegetables with concentrated amounts of fat and carbohydrates. Some protein can also be combined in making this happen. |

There are several effective exercises you can do at home to firm and tone your butt. Some of my favorites, which I use with my clients are: Lunges, Squats, Step-Ups, Butt Bridges, Donkey Kicks, Hydrants, and Stiff Leg Dead lifts.
A toned and shapely bottom is the result of a lower body fat percentage combined with muscular definition. So, you will want perform these exercises with some form of resistance (i.e.: dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.).
You will also want to perform cardiovascular exercises on a regular basis to help burn calories and show off your hard work!

Does anyone know what the perfect boob to butt ratio is suppose to be? I want to get some surgery done. I have found .7-.8 for hip/waist to be good, but I can't find anything what is ideal for bust to butt. I saw in one magazine on how to calculate if you have the perfect butt, but I don't remember which magazine that was. there is no perfect. There is a social norm, and then there is a fashion norm. Social is what most people are, fashion is what magazines tell you to be.
neither are right. everyone's opinion is different. I like big chests on women, and curvy lower body, some guys prefer the skinny model type. some guys like fat chicks.
Surgery is always risky. if you do get it, though, it's for you, not for others. I wouldn't recommend it though, because horrible scarring can happen. |

What I hear about my butt that it's not too big, not too small, it's perky and sticks out, it bounces whenever I walk, firm, and when you look at the back of my butt, it looks big and kinda "juicy". Lol |

What are some fantastic exercises to turn a flat but into a perfect butt? I have an awful bum, actually i just have an awful body in general. I weigh 132 pounds at 16 (almost 17) which isn't bad at all, but I'm tired of being so uncomfortable with my friends when we go out because of my belly and flat bum. You should only be working out 3-4 times a week for an hour n a half max!
You shouldnt work out more than that, because your body needs time to recover! and the days you are not working out, your bodys burning calories anyway as you have sped up your metabolism.
Start by doing cardio exercise for about 20-30 mins only, such as running, cycling or cross training.
Then spend the next hour doing weight and resistance work outs, such as squats and leg presses. |
